The Work
• Comprehensive research on newly onboarded brands. Including competitor research, customer review analysis, past ad data, creative assets and much more
• Build, manage & scale Facebook Ad campaigns for clients, incorporating nuanced strategy
• Interpret data from creative performance to guide decision making
• Regularly provide guidance to clients on new creative needed
• Track goals & objectives, whilst hitting KPIs
• Analyse & optimize media spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tactics
• Communication with internal team on account performance and when you need support
• Develop strong client relationships by leading bi-weekly client meetings; possess senior-level communication skills including, leading a room, steering a difficult conversation, and picking up on and adapting to client sentiment
• Prepare weekly reports showcasing ad performance and share insights on current and future tests
• Prepare meeting agendas prior to client check-in calls to share insights on current performance, what’s going well / what’s not going well and our plan of action
• Stay ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising and industry trends and provide updates to team
• Assist with new business ad account audits, pitches, and proposals
• Conduct CRO audits of newly onboarded brands

Skills and Experience
• Managed Facebook Ad campaigns for e-commerce brands in excess of $100k per month
• Understanding & have experience with Facebook Ads
• Understanding & experience with project management software (Notion is a plus)
• Deep perspective of omni-channel marketing and how different platforms lead to client success
• Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data-based insights
• Ability to analyse raw data and formulate insights to shape client strategy
• Exceptional communicator
• Passionate about helping clients and building brands
• Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
• Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends (as needed)
• You genuinely care about people, relationships and doing good work
• Experience with TripleWhale or ad attribution software a plus
