| The Work & Your Responsibilities |

| Lead deep-dive onboarding research for new clients, including competitor analysis, customer reviews, creative audits, past ad performance, and platform insights. | 
| Strategically build, manage, and scale high-performance Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns tailored to each brand’s goals, audience, and growth stage. | 
| Turn creative data into direction — interpret ad performance to guide iterative testing and unlock scalable concepts. | 
| Write high-performing ad copy tailored to different audience segments, ad placements, and campaign objectives—ensuring messaging aligns with creative and drives conversions. | 
| Own creative strategy across each account — translating insights into briefs, testing roadmaps, and clear creative hypotheses. | 
| Write detailed creative briefs for static and UGC deliverables that align with strategy and campaign goals. | 
| Coordinate with video editors and designers — providing specific, performance-led feedback to iterate on existing assets and improve creative quality. | 
| Collaborate closely with the creative team, syncing daily to review performance, align on testing priorities, and provide actionable feedback. | 
| Manage the UGC pipeline - brief creators, build treatments and scripting outlines, and oversee production timelines. | 
| Collect and manage client approvals for new creative assets, ensuring clear rationale and alignment across stakeholders. | 
| Proactively guide creative direction for clients, recommending new concepts, formats, and messaging angles based on performance data and trends. | 
| Continuously look beyond the ad accounts to identify brand-wide opportunities that impact performance — from post-click experience to industry trends, site UX, offers, and retention strategies. | 
| Own and track key growth metrics, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed performance KPIs through smart strategy and execution. | 
| Optimize media spend efficiently, using a data-driven approach to refine targeting, creative, and campaign structure. | 
| Maintain strong communication with internal teams, flagging any blockers or support needs early to keep accounts progressing smoothly. | 
| Own daily client communication within Slack, proactively updating clients on performance insights, creative needs, and key campaign developments—ensuring transparency and a strong client-agency partnership. | 
| Build and lead high-trust client relationships — confidently run bi-weekly strategy calls with clients you’re managing, deliver insights, and handle tough conversations with clarity and poise. | 
| Prepare clear, actionable weekly reports, highlighting key performance insights, opportunities, and next steps. |

| Skills & Experience |

| Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for eCommerce brands, with budgets exceeding $100K/month. | 
| Deep, hands-on understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience strategy, and full-funnel campaign structuring. | 
| Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret raw data, extract insights, and translate findings into strategic actions. | 
| Confident telling a compelling, data-backed story that helps clients understand what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next. | 
| Familiarity with project management tools (Notion is a plus) to stay organized, aligned, and on top of fast-moving accounts. | 
| Strong grasp of omnichannel marketing and how Meta ads connect with wider acquisition, retention, and brand-building strategies. | 
| Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present strategy, performance insights, and creative feedback clearly and confidently. |
